This is the real face of our society we live in in India.
The corrupt Govt machinery at it's ugliest form. No body holds the responsibility except keeping safe his/her Govt job. The dead is more important than a live person in many cases.
This one is a live(or better we say dead) example.
Don't forget we are one of the fastest growing economy with growth rate of more than 8%.
Every year we add more new billionaires than any other country.
